5 Google Docs Features I Find Useful as a Writer

Almost half of my life recently was spent in front of my laptop because I was writing. Of course, out of curiosity, I explored the features of the Google Workspace application I usually use: Google Docs.

Tila huwad na kalayaan lang din naman ang matatamo ng isang batang may kamalayan na ang kapalit ng kaniyang paglaya ay buhay ng kaniyang ama. Makukulong din siya sa isiping namatay ito dahil sa kaniya.

Kung kakayanin kong ilabas ang dalawa, tunay silang magiging masaya at malaya.

But that’s wishful thinking.

My nails dug into my skin as I watched him evade every attack those captives threw. I am getting pissed. It was as if he never learned. I already told him that he needs to abandon his personal beliefs when doing a mission. Why isn’t he killing them to get the key? I thought he had become smarter, yet he is making stupid decisions again.

Pierce immediately landed a defensive stance. Anyone would think that if the goal is to punch the enemy in the face, they should be on the offensive stance, but that’s just plain reckless. You don’t always need brute force to punch someone; you still need to use your head.

I would love to consider that this is a miracle. He is using his brain for once.

As I took off my uniform, the memory of those dead bodies lying on the floor suddenly flashed in my head. I have been killing for years. I should have been used to seeing bloody bodies and soulless eyes. Why do they remain in my memory? They appear like ghosts seeking something…justice, perhaps, but it is only right to kill them to accomplish my goals.

As my thoughts slowly slipped away, the image of that hallway crept into my head. It was as vivid as a film rolling on a silver screen. The hall’s blood-like paint seemed dripping to the floor, wooden and metal frames of varying shapes and sizes hanging on the wall, images of empty eyes and soulless stares… I was walking an endless path with a hollowness inside. The pictures on the walls were rolling infinitely, a continuous reminder of the sins I have committed and could never erase.
